Goo and I LOVE to accessorize with Bling Bling. Here is a small sample of some vintage rings and such from my collection…
I recently drove down to Berkeley with my friend to get a nose piercing. AH I’ve been wanting one for so long and I finally decided it was the right time. I’m pretty impressed with how it all came out. If you’re looking for a great, fairly clean, legitimate and affordable piercing place I’d recommend Zebra.
I also added a new utility jacket to my collection. A must-have that I’ve been eyeing on for months. It basically goes great with most of the outfits I wear and I’m sure I’ll make good use of it in the Seattle mist.
H&M jacket; forever21 striped leotard and sweater; COH skinny pant; Sperrys
going out to a party. I think this was the first time breaking out the Tory Burch booties…. I remember that because we ended up having to run in a park and they got muddy. next day my mom’s like “wtf happened these?”. no pain no gain. Anyways other than that I kept it conservative and warm enough for the night with tights and a sweater.

This summer has been all over the place. literally all over the places of the world. 5 week europe trip, 2 week cross country road trip, portland wedding, then then I’m of to NYC for the fall. wheeeew, and unfortunately not a lot of time for blog. Shall I begin at graduation?

This summer I’ve been working more than normal to say the least. It’s quite monotonous work at times, but it pays the bills and keeps me occupied. Work style requires a casual yet chic look. Either a nice pant, top and blazer or a dress paired with a cardigan and some flats work well. This sun dazzled day I dared to match stripes with stripes. Did I succeed?
zara top, Richard Chai for target skirt and forever jewels
Clogs are a big trend this season. I think they may last through the fall as well. We did cover mules, but this one post emphasizes on a particular gorgeous Stuart Weitzman Sequoia clog. They’re similar to the styles of Jeffrey Campbell and Sam Edelman. Clogs have transformed from the influence of the iconic Dutch trinkets and keychains to a sexy shoe, whether it be embellished with studs for a rock n’ roll edge or a perforated patterns and edges. The style of clogs have altered dramatically! I chose to go with the tan color (also comes in blk) because it can pair with many styles for the summer. It also complements well with skinny pants/jeans, tight mini dresses and skirts. It’s versatile in that way. Clogs give a little height without portraying an intense overpowering look that pumps give. Wear them during the day while window shopping past little boutiques or at night for a fiesta celebration!
First off sorry for the delay in creating new posts … summer has just been so cray cray and amazing.
Our graduation was amazing! It was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked it to be on any other better sunny day! Graduating was a bittersweet moment. I ended the day with a big BANG, covered in leis from family and friends from Hawaii and SF (Thanks so much everyone! Love you all.). It’s a tradition in Hawaii to be covered in leis on very special days – like graduation.
To my graduation I wore a strapless H&M ruffled pale pink dress with metallic bebe heels. To my baccalaureate mass I wore a simple Theory dress paired with my Moschino heels.
I never got a pic of myself without all the leis. But here is what a real H&M model looks like in the exact same dress. 😉
